The board of a business, especially a small owner/family run business, faces many challenges. There are the legal requirements of a board, there are then the business requirements, there are also the demands of shareholders and of course there are then the demands of those involved in runnng the business. And of course that doesn't include the customers who always need to be taken into consideration.

Sometimes these demands conflict. We will help you manage these challenges in a way that makes for better results and minimum confrontation. This can be done through coaching individual board members, or by joining your board to provide advice as necessary.
